The aim is to provide access to supercomputers at ORNL by:

• Establishing a mechanism and process to allow remote use of the ORNL Center for Computational Sciences (CCS) on a regular basis
• Establishing a joint research programme revolving around use of CCS computers at ORNL
• Establishing an educational programme revolving around use of computers and visualisation tools at the three institutions
