The aim is to create a roadmap to application of renewable and other small distributed generators to distribution networks. This will be achieved via:

• assessment of institutional assets and research accomplishments
• establishment of contacts with leading experts and potential collaborators
• development of plans for joint proposals which would include larger groups of participants, whose combined assets and capabilities would commensurate with some of the research opportunities
